As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your dental claim with your insurance company. The filing of the claim does not release the patient from responsibility of charges for services which have been provided. If you are unsure if Schmidle Family Dentistry accepts your insurance plan or is a participant in your dental network, please give us a call and we can answer that question for you.
All fees including co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered services are due and payable on the date of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our team can also help you apply for Care Credit which offers 6 or 12 months same as cash financing.
We reserve time for your dental visit so that you will get the individual care you deserve. We respect your time and ask that you provide our team with the same courtesy. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $25 charge to your account.
