What I observed was a very nice customer service relationship, very detailed on what services they were going to provide for me from cleaning my teeth and filling a cavity.

I had a tooth that had broken apart into pieces 2 days before. That morning, upon arising, I had pain. I didn’t have a dentist in this area, but happened to have gotten a reference for this dentist office. When I called the office, the receptionist was very understanding of my plight and asked me if she could put me on hold while she checked with the dentist. When she came back to the phone, she was able to give me good news. The dentist would see me that afternoon. At the appointed time, I arrived for my appointment and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Bridgette, dental assistant, called my name and took me back to the “room”. No floor-to-ceiling walls? No doors? Wow! The various “rooms” were divided into areas by cubicle walls! My first thought was “how do they keep people from crying out in pain when one of the staff hit a raw nerve?” Bridgette made mr feel as comfortable as possible, took the necessary X-rays, and physically checked the tooth. When Dr. Laura came in, her calm, quiet voice and caring demeanor put me at ease. I feel I have found my new dentist here! She’s very caring, is very thorough both with the examination and explaining what she recommends.

After having a poor experience with an office that lies to their patients to make more money... a co worker referred me to Schmidle Dentistry. The staff here opens their doors with a smile. I have been a patient here for multiple years now & always leave feeling impressed, satisfied, & genuinely pleased. From my first phone call with the office all through the end of my first visit. Laura is my hygienist & she could not be in a more suited profession. Her bedside manners are amazing. Dr. Schmidle is very friendly & personable. I would & do recommend this office to everyone.
