I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bob, who took the time to come over and walk me through key information regarding the best next steps for my care. However again had a cleaning the hygienist said it was covered. Went to check out $75 copay. The front desk person said “ she does not know insurance “ basically threw her under the bus.
