Our goal is to make dentistry affordable for everyone. Insurance doesn’t always cover total treatment costs, so we offer several different payment options. As a courtesy, we’ll file all insurance claims and forms for our patient’s visit.

Optimal Oral Health Leads to Excellent Overall Health

This plan was developed especially for patients who do not have dental insurance or whose employer no longer provides dental insurance. As regular dental care is an integral part of your overall health, we have created this plan to help support you in your efforts. Keep in mind that this plan is not dental insurance; however, the wellness plan has a number of great features to help you improve and maintain the oral health of you and your family for years to come.

*Dental exam may include comprehensive, periodic, periodontal or limited.

(Scaling in the presence of moderate or severe gingival inflammation)
*** 15% discount does not apply to whitening, implant placement, products

This plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or insurance plans
This plan cannot be used at any other office or specialist
No refunds will be issued at any time if the participant decides not to
utilize the savings plan
To receive applicable discount for multiple plan members, everyone must enroll on the same day.
