Dental emergencies can include facial trauma that damages the structure of the teeth or jaw, loss of a permanent tooth, severe tooth pain, or signs of infection. If you believe you have a dental emergency, please give us a call right away at 615-859-1910.
Our patients range in age from 3 to 103! We gladly see patients of all ages at Schmidle Family Dentistry.
All you need to bring are your health and dental insurance cards, a photo ID, and your printed patient forms! Haven’t filled those out yet? Click here to fill out online and then print off – it’s that easy!
Typically your first visit with us takes about an hour and a half. We can’t wait to meet you!

We are in-network with several major insurance companies and promise to work hard to accommodate dental insurance plans of all types. We also offer CareCredit and an in-house Healthy Smiles Savings Plan for our patients to try to help them get the dental treatment they need. Our practice offers handicap accessible amenities including convenient ramps from the parking lot, wide walkways, entranceways that measure 32” or greater, and a designated wheelchair accessible operatory.
